About the Role

Mobilinq Wireless Accessories & Repairs is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our procurement department, you will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing equipment, materials, and supplies to support our business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Specifications: Assess the requirements of our establishment to develop detailed specifications for equipment, materials, and supplies to be purchased.
  • Negotiate with Suppliers: Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate the best possible offers for our business.
  • Contract Management: Determine contract terms and conditions, and award contracts to appropriate parties.
  • Logistics Coordination: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of our organization, including establishing delivery schedules.
  • Client and Supplier Communication: Contact clients and suppliers to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a procurement or purchasing role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
