Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Supervisor to join our team at Alert Guard Security Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.
Key Responsibilities- Scheduling and Coordination
The Security Supervisor will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating the activities of our security team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Client SupportThe successful candidate will assist clients with special needs, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that their requirements are met.
Reporting and DocumentationThe Security Supervisor will prepare and submit progress reports, as well as other relevant documentation, to ensure that our clients are informed of our activities and progress.
Team SupervisionThe successful candidate will supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of our security team, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
Requirements- Education
A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
ExperienceThe successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a security-related role.
CertificationsA Security Guard License is required.
Work EnvironmentThe Security Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure, and will be required to work a 40-hour week.
LanguageThe successful candidate will be required to communicate effectively in English.
