  • **Schedule and Coordinate Events**: Schedule and coordinate events, programs, and activities to ensure a safe and secure environment.
  • **Work Scheduling**: Schedule work for security personnel to ensure adequate coverage and effective use of resources.
  • **Emergency Response**: Be the point of contact for emergency situations and handle them in a professional and timely manner.
  • **Interdepartmental Coordination**: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure a seamless and secure operation.
  • **Reporting**: Prepare and submit progress and other reports to management to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • **Problem-Solving**: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • **Staff Supervision**: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of security personnel, and possibly review their performance.
  • **Training**: Train security personnel in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
  • **Work Environment**: Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the safety and security of our employees and customers.

**Requirements**

  • **Education**: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • **Experience**: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • **Language**: English.
  • **Work Hours**: 40 hours per week.
