Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitor and maintain the security of our clients' premises, identifying and mitigating potential risks and threats.
  • Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of our clients and staff.
  • Provide training and guidance to security personnel on security procedures and protocols.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and secure working environment.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in a security-related field, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with diverse populations, including newcomers and refugees.
  • Knowledge of government or community programs that support youth employment, Indigenous people, and mature workers.
Work Environment:

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The language of work is English.
