About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Spartan Security Ltd. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team and ensuring the smooth execution of our security protocols.

Key Responsibilities
  • Emergency Response: Be the primary point of contact for emergency situations and ensure that all necessary protocols are followed.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the proper functioning of computer equipment and machinery, and perform routine maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit progress reports, as well as other relevant documentation, to management.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support security operations.
  • Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Resolve work-related problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of security personnel, and provide training and guidance as needed.
  • Work Scheduling and Procedures: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient and effective security operations.
Requirements
  • Security Certification: Possess a valid Security Guard License.
  • Work Experience: Have at least 7 months of experience in a security-related role.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: Work 40 hours per week.
