Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Security Team: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of security personnel, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Emergency Response: Be the point of contact for emergency situations, providing technical advice and guidance to security personnel.
  • Report Preparation: Prepare and submit progress reports, highlighting any issues or concerns that may impact security operations.
  • Training and Development: Train security personnel in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring that they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
  • Worksite Environment: Ensure that the worksite environment is safe and secure, with minimal disruptions to operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a security-related role.
  • Certifications: Security Guard License.
  • Language: English.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position, working 35-40 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The successful candidate will be required to work under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
