Key Responsibilities
  • Emergency Response: Be the primary point of contact for emergency situations, ensuring prompt and effective response to minimize risks and ensure the safety of personnel and assets.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless integration and effective communication.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the proper functioning of computer equipment and machinery, performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit regular progress reports, as well as other reports as required, to management and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Resolve work-related problems, provide technical guidance, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of security personnel, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Training and Development: Train security personnel in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
  • Work Scheduling and Procedures: Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures, ensuring they are aligned with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • 1-6 months of experience in a security-related role
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 35 hours of work per week
