Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Secure Shield Security. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule and Coordinate Security Operations
Plan and coordinate the daily activities of our security team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Supervise and Train Security PersonnelSupervise and train security personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
Monitor and Report Security IncidentsMonitor and report any security incidents or concerns to management, ensuring that all necessary actions are taken to resolve the issue.
Develop and Implement Security ProtocolsDevelop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of our clients and their properties.
Collaborate with Other DepartmentsCollaborate with other departments, such as facilities and operations, to ensure a seamless and secure environment.
Requirements- Security Guard License
A valid security guard license is required for this position.
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively supervise and train security personnel.
Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced EnvironmentThe ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure is essential.
