About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Paddy's Oneil's. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Management
    • Analyze and optimize our restaurant's budget to boost profits
    • Develop and implement cost-saving strategies for food, ingredients, and supplies
  • Operations Management
    • Evaluate and improve daily operations to increase efficiency and productivity
    • Modify food preparation methods and menu prices to meet budget requirements
  • Staff Management
    • Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and feedback
    • Set and manage staff work schedules to ensure optimal coverage
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
    • Provide exceptional customer service to drive loyalty and retention
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards
  • Marketing and Sales
    • Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales growth
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Work Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Language
    • Fluent in English
  • Work Hours
    • 32.5 hours per week
