About the Role

Paddy's Oneil's is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze financial data to optimize restaurant profits and develop strategies to increase revenue.
  • Develop and implement effective budgeting and cost control measures to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and supplies to maintain profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, liquor legislation, and other relevant laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate the best possible deals for food, beverages, and other supplies.
  • Manage events, catering, and other revenue-generating activities to maximize profits.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and equipment to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • 1-6 months of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 32.5 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
