About the Role

Paddy's O'Neil's is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management
    • Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits
    • Develop and implement cost-saving strategies to reduce expenses
  • Operations Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, servers, and hosts/hostesses
    • Ensure seamless execution of daily operations, including food preparation, service, and cleaning
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional manner
    • Ensure that customer feedback is acted upon to improve the overall dining experience
  • Marketing and Sales
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and revenue
    • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best deals on food, beverages, and other supplies
  • Human Resources
    • Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure a high-performing team
    • Manage staff performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Equivalent experience in a related field
