About the Role

Paddy's O'Neil's is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits, develop and implement cost-saving strategies, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service, manage staff performance, and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Operations Management: Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and kitchen operations.
  • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service, address customer complaints, and provide a positive dining experience.
  • Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, negotiate with suppliers, and develop strategies to drive sales growth.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a restaurant management role or equivalent experience.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32.5 hours per week.
