Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and expands our presence in the Canadian market.
- Forge strategic partnerships with educational institutions and corporations to promote Beacon's solutions among international students and employees.
- Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities by monitoring market trends and customer insights.
- Collaborate closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to iterate on products and improve market fit based on early adopter feedback.
- Prepare and deliver regular progress reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management and stakeholders.
- Passion for Beacon's mission of empowering future Canadians and recent immigrants.
- Proven experience in executing B2B2C sales strategies and a track record of success in this field.
- Established relationships with key stakeholders at educational institutions and corporate clients.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly evolving startup environment and analyze data to drive business pivots.
- Flexibility to travel as needed and work in a hybrid role that balances in-office collaboration and remote work.
