About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Director to join our team at TalentSphere Staffing Solutions. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial guidance and leadership to drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial models, forecasts, and budgets to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Financial Reporting and Analysis: Provide accurate and timely financial reporting, analysis, and insights to support business strategy and decision-making.
- Financial Leadership: Lead and manage the finance team to ensure effective financial operations, risk management, and compliance.
- Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, banks, and other external partners.
- Operational Excellence: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial performance, efficiency, and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Experience: A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in finance and/or real estate development, with a proven track record of success.
- Education: A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with a professional designation such as CFA or CA.
- Skills: Strong financial planning and analysis skills, with expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Compensation: A base salary of $150,000 - $200,000 Canadian Dollars, with an annual bonus based on performance.
