About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Director to join our team at GEOSWIFT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for leading our financial planning and budgeting efforts, ensuring the company's financial stability and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Planning and Budgeting
    • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans and budgets to drive business growth and profitability.
    • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Investment Strategy and Management
    • Design and implement investment strategies to optimize returns and minimize risk.
    • Oversee the management of investments, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the board of directors.
    • Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of financial plans and projects.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in financial planning and budgeting, with a proven track record of success.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong financial planning and analysis skills, with the ability to develop and implement comprehensive financial plans and budgets.
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of finance professionals.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information to senior management and the board of directors.
