Job Description

Job Title: Strategic Finance Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Strategic Finance Director to join our team at TalentSphere Staffing Solutions. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial guidance and leadership to our real estate development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial models, proformas, and investment analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Operational Leadership: Guide the accounting team to provide accurate and timely financial reporting, establish internal control safeguards, and implement short- and long-range departmental goals.
  • Strategic Advice: Provide strategic advice on financing options, risk management, and financial performance enhancement.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with auditors, banks, investors, and other external partners.
  • Leadership and Development: Lead and guide accounting processes, develop and implement policies and procedures, and participate in incentive design schemes.

Requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of 5-8 years of real estate and/or development industry experience.
  • Qualifications: CFA designation, experience with raising capital for real estate, and experience with investor relationships.
  • Skills: Strong financial planning and analysis skills, excellent leadership and communication skills, and proficiency in computer-based software.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 Canadian Dollars, based on experience.
  • Annual Bonus: Based on performance.
  • Benefits: Extended health and benefits, RRSP - Company Deferred Profit Sharing Plan.
