About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Director to lead our regional finance team and provide strategic financial leadership to support business growth. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of management accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial models to support business planning and decision-making, and conduct regular financial analysis to provide strategic recommendations.
  • Leadership and Management: Lead, mentor, and develop the regional finance team, and work closely with senior stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Financial Operations: Oversee the delivery of management accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial compliance, and optimize, monitor, and forecast cash flow and working capital to support business operations.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards, and maintain a thorough understanding of GAAP and IFRS.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field, plus a CPA/CFA or MBA is preferred.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in finance and accounting, with previous experience in a Head of Finance or Finance Director position.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills, excellent analytical, strategic planning, and financial modeling skills, and well-versed in working with senior stakeholders.
