Education:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at A1-GLOBAL COLLEGE OF HEALTH, BUSINESS & TECHNOLOGY. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing ones, and delegating work to office support staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement new administrative procedures
  • Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures
  • Delegate work to office support staff
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Perform data entry
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
  • Resolve conflict situations
  • Monitor and evaluate
Supervision:

You will be responsible for supervising 3-4 people.

Computer and Technology Knowledge:

You must have knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

You must be able to work independently.

Personal Suitability:

Excellent oral communication, flexibility, organization, reliability, and ability to multitask are essential for this role.

Experience:

This is a permanent position requiring 30 to 35 hours of work per week.
