Territory Sales Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Breakthru Beverage Group. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a territory to ensure excellent execution of sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage territory coverage to ensure excellent execution of sales objectives.
- Effectively plan on a daily, weekly, or monthly/quarterly basis to meet quota and distribution objectives.
- Maintain and grow existing volume and distribution by building credible and long-term relationships with On-Premise accounts.
- Manage assigned budget as required.
- Conduct wine tasting and education sessions to promote sales.
- Execute sales calls using the company's Structured Call methodology.
- Report on competitive activities within the territory and offer constructive suggestions.
- Prospect, quantify, and qualify new accounts to determine potential fit with brand portfolio.
- Provide product and brand marketing knowledge through sales aids and staff training seminars.
- Work with supplier representatives and members of management in the field to promote sales.
- Service and improve the marketability of our products through shelf management, display position, and frequency, concept selling, and price point management.
- Ensure distribution of brands in key purchasing areas of account.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3 or more years' selling experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods environment.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills: verbal, listening, and written.
- Demonstrate sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
- Sound knowledge of the sale and marketing of wine.
- WSET Certification.
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Proficient MS Office skills.
- Knowledge of Liquor Board Regulations, market trends, and competition.
- Bilingual in French and English.
