Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within an assigned territory, market segment, and supplier brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability within assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and develop targeted sales plans.
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales records, including sales calls, customer interactions, and sales performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales promotions, marketing campaigns, and product launches.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven sales experience with a strong track record of success in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently.
