We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at ORION Financial Services. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Office Operations: Assist with the coordination of office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Communication: Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, clients, and vendors.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues, and provide solutions to improve office efficiency.
- Training and Development: Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: English.
