They will be responsible for coordinating and planning office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.

The Office Coordinator will also assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls. They will assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence. Additionally, they will oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures and resolve conflict situations.

This is a permanent position with a 35-hour workweek. The work language is English.
