Job Title: Office Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at ProScience. As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as maintaining office procedures and routines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Maintain office procedures and routines
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems

Requirements:

  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work independently
  • Fast-paced environment
  • Work under pressure
  • Tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail
  • Work with minimal supervision

Work Environment:

Our office is a fast-paced environment where you will be working with a team to coordinate events and maintain office procedures. You will be required to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.

Language: English

Hours of Work: 35 hours per week
