We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Services Manager to join our dynamic team at Silver Hotel Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the front office operations and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement strategies to optimize guest satisfaction, product quality, and revenue opportunities
* Work closely with the hotel team to ensure seamless operations and effective communication
* Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure excellent customer service
* Maintain accurate records and reports, including front office operations and guest feedback
* Collaborate with other departments to promote teamwork and quality service
* Schedule staff within budgeted guidelines and ensure adequate coverage
* Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Experience with hotel property management systems and Microsoft Office
* Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to develop and implement effective strategies to drive revenue and guest satisfaction
* Strong team player with a customer-focused approach
