- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that our hotel operates in a safe and efficient manner.
- Monitor and control hotel expenses to ensure that we are operating within budget.
- Ensure that all hotel staff are trained and equipped to provide exceptional service to our guests.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our hotel is running smoothly and efficiently.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a hotel management role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
- Knowledge of hotel operations and management principles.
- Ability to train and develop staff.
