About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Hotel General Manager to lead our team at Comfort Hotel Airport North. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the overall direction and success of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase operational efficiency.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a high-performing team of hotel staff, including department heads and front-line employees.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the hotel's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure that our guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable stay with us.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and quality in all aspects of hotel operations.
  • Community Engagement: Foster strong relationships with local businesses and organizations to promote our hotel and support the local community.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in hotel management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Personal Qualities: Organized, team-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
