Hotel Operations Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Operations Manager to join our team at Silver Hotel Group. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our hotel runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and supervise the Front Desk and Housekeeping teams to ensure that all guests receive a high level of service and that our hotel is maintained to the highest standards.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that our hotel operates in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Monitor and control hotel expenses to ensure that we are operating within budget.
  • Ensure that all hotel staff are trained and equipped to provide exceptional service to our guests.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our hotel is running smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a hotel management role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and management principles.
  • Ability to train and develop staff.
