About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel General Manager to lead the operations of our Comfort Hotel Airport North. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business objectives, including allocating resources, managing budgets, and optimizing processes.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and motivate a high-performing team, including department heads and staff, to ensure seamless hotel operations and exceptional guest service.
  • Financial Management: Oversee financial performance, including revenue management, cost control, and budgeting, to ensure the hotel's financial stability and growth.
  • Quality and Guest Experience: Ensure high-quality guest experiences through effective staff training, quality control, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, and identify and mitigate potential risks to the hotel's operations.
Requirements
  • Education: A degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management, with a proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams, and drive results-oriented performance.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests, staff, and stakeholders.
