About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Services Manager to join our dynamic team at Silver Hotel Group. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and driving revenue growth through effective front office management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Experience: Demonstrate a 100% commitment to providing exceptional experiences for our guests and employees, ensuring prompt, professional attention and personal recognition.
  • Revenue Growth: Maximize total hotel revenues, including occupancy and RevPar, on a daily basis.
  • Front Office Operations: Maintain all policies and internal controls related to front office operations, ensuring the security of monies, credit, and financial transactions, and guest security.
  • Team Leadership: Assist with recruitment, training, supervision, and discipline of Front Desk/Guest Services team members, ensuring they are properly trained on systems, security, and cash handling procedures.
  • Communication: Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
Requirements
  • Strong Leadership Skills: Proven ability to develop the skills of others and thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintaining composure and objectivity with guests and team members.
  • Technical Skills: Strong computer skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Office and Hotel Property Management Systems, and experience with Maestro would be an asset.
  • Business Acumen: Organized, results-orientated, and proven time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and make informed decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with guests and team members in a professional and courteous manner.
