We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Alcumus. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure Alcumus remains competitive.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and French (spoken and written).
- Valid driver's license (for travel within the assigned territory).
