Job Title: Franchise Development Manager

Reporting to the CEO, the Franchise Development Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our company's global footprint through strategic franchise development and support. This role requires a strong leader with excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a deep understanding of franchising law and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Franchise Sales: Expand our company's global presence through franchise acquisition and sales, leading all franchising development functions, including strategic planning, recruitment, and market analysis.
  • Franchise Support: Develop and implement action plans to improve franchisee performance, provide support to franchisees, and build strong relationships with franchise networks.
  • Corporate Liaison: Report to the CEO on franchise sales targets, franchisee performance, and market trends, providing field-level insights to corporate management.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of franchise sales and management experience, with knowledge of franchising law, regulations, and procedures.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Proven sales closer with the ability to adhere to an established process and best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of strategic planning, brand management, and sales development.
  • Technology savvy, with working knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Ability to communicate effectively through all channels of communication.
  • Ability to build credibility and influence with various personalities.
  • Ability to lead with integrity and a collaborative approach.

What We Offer: A competitive base salary of $70,000 to $100,000 (commensurate with experience), uncapped commissions, and bonus opportunities.
