Job Title: Administrative Officer - Business Services

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at AMAZING BAKERY. As an Administrative Officer - Business Services, you will be responsible for establishing work priorities and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met. You will also be responsible for carrying out administrative activities, assembling data, and preparing reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Activities: Carry out various administrative tasks, including data entry, maintaining records, and preparing reports.
  • Work Priorities: Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with team members, management, and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, efficient interpersonal skills, and ability to multitask.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.

Working Conditions:

  • Work Schedule: 30 hours per week.
  • Language: English.
