Job Title: Office Administrator

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at Stone Paradise Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities, including data entry, and perform other tasks as required.
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Train staff and oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
  • Resolve conflict situations and oversee payroll administration.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures.

Requirements:

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Efficient interpersonal skills and ability to multitask.
  • Time management and adaptability.
  • Team player with integrity.
