Front Desk Administration Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Administrator to join our team at one of our remote camps. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Performing administrative tasks including liaisons with guests, managing room bookings, and preparing reports.
- Providing quality customer service by addressing special requests and concerns in a prompt and effective manner.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a strong attention to detail. Experience in camp, hotel, or restaurant management is an asset, as well as knowledge of kitchen operations.
What We Offer- A competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.

- General computer knowledge.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
