Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Supervisor I to join our team at Tapestry, Inc. as a Luxury Retail Store Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring exceptional customer service, while driving sales and operational excellence in our Coach brand stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Customer Service: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Operations and Store Management: Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance, to ensure a clean and organized store environment.
  • Team Development and Coaching: Develop and implement training programs to enhance sales and customer service skills, and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members to improve performance.
  • Business Planning and Analysis: Analyze sales data and customer trends to inform business decisions and develop strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts, while minimizing stockroom clutter and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
  • Visual Merchandising: Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create visually appealing store displays and windows that showcase our Coach brand products.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is maintained in a clean and organized manner, including daily cleaning and maintenance tasks, and addressing any maintenance issues promptly.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment, with a proven track record of sales and customer service excellence.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in cash register systems, basic computer skills, and ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to execute at a fast pace, communicate effectively with customers and team, and maneuver the sales floor, sales shelves, and stock room.
