Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Supervisor I - Store Operations Manager to join our team at Tapestry, Inc. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of our luxury fashion store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Store Operations: Manage and oversee the daily operations of the store, including sales floor management, visual merchandising, and inventory control.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers receive a personalized and memorable shopping experience.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, including analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and making recommendations to improve sales performance.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales associates, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Inventory Management: Manage and control inventory levels, ensuring that stock levels are optimized and that products are available to meet customer demand.
  • Visual Merchandising: Oversee the visual presentation of the store, including window displays, in-store displays, and product placement.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Analyze sales data and provide insights to management on sales trends, customer behavior, and operational performance.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in a luxury fashion environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
