CNC Machinist Specialist

Job Overview
- Operate, weld, repair, and maintain various components of molds for ongoing and future production, ensuring that modifications and repairs adhere to specified measurements outlined in the plans and diagrams for each part;
- Execute additional tasks related to the operation and/or maintenance of the service as directed by the service administrator or team supervisor.
Qualifications
- Completion of a Professional Studies Diploma (DEP) in machining or a machinist diploma from a recognized institution, including a CNC machine course, programming, and a minimum of one (1) year of experience in machining;
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and plans, with a proven ability to carry out all mold repair procedures effectively;
- Demonstrated initiative, independence, and attention to detail;
- Possession of the necessary tools to perform the job;
- Competent in using a computer and maintaining up-to-date inventory records;
- Good physical condition to perform all job-related tasks and to lift and handle heavy materials (to be verified by a medical examination);
- Completion of forklift operator training is advantageous;
- Awareness of safety regulations pertinent to the role and general factory standards.
Compensation and Benefits
Hourly Wage: $40.08
Work Schedule: 12-hour rotating shifts, covering both day and night from Sunday to Sunday.
