About This Role

Cloud Software Group is seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Inside Sales Executive for our Americas region to respond to inbound prospect and customer inquiries and to execute outbound prospecting campaigns to targeted accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Qualify inbound leads and conduct outbound prospecting via key channels to schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives
  • Act as a first point of contact for inbound inquiries through our online chat and contact us forms
  • Respond to inbound leads in a timely manner with a sense of urgency and purpose
  • Be able to understand and articulate Cloud Software Group's messaging and value proposition when communicating with prospects and customers
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for new business opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with within the organization, particularly in Sales, Marketing, Product and Customer Support

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 0-2 years of experience in a sales or marketing role, preferably in B2B software or technology
  • Fast learner, with an interest in the tech industry
  • Resourceful, self-driven and motivated
  • Able to articulate value and uncover a prospect's needs and challenges
  • Have a sense of curiosity and willingness to find answers when you don't know them
  • Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
