Tremco Roofing is seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our regional sales team in Toronto. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic business plans, and mentoring a team of sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute annual sales plans to achieve regional targets
  • Lead and train a team of sales representatives to maximize performance
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, architects, engineers, and contractors
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of management experience in sales or a related field
  • Proven track record of sales success and leadership
  • LEED certification and knowledge of sustainable building practices
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
