Dynamic Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development and Account Manager to join our team at DMC Recruitment. As a key player in our Toronto office, you will be responsible for driving business growth and managing key accounts within the furniture sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives.
- Leverage your network of architects, designers, and end users in Toronto to establish and grow client relationships.
- Collaborate with clients to identify their unique needs and tailor solutions to exceed expectations.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and exceptional customer experiences.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and marketing initiatives to enhance brand presence and visibility.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the furniture industry.
- A well-established network within the Toronto architecture and design (A&D) community.
- Experience working with furniture dealerships or related sectors is a strong asset.
- Proven ability to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and close deals.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- A collaborative team player with a commitment to long-term client partnerships and business growth.
What We Offer:
- A competitive base salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
