Business Development Representative

At ChargeSpot, we're on a mission to revolutionize the way workplaces use technology. As a Business Development Representative, you'll play a crucial role in driving growth and innovation for our flagship wireless charging product.
About ChargeSpotWe're a Toronto-based startup with a passion for teamwork, grit, and creativity. Our product is used by top companies like Apple, Google, and Mercedes-Benz. We're located in the heart of downtown Toronto, just a short walk from Union Station.
Your RoleYou'll work closely with our CEO and Head of Sales to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth. This is a challenging role that requires quick learning, adaptability, and a willingness to take calculated risks. If you're up for the challenge, you'll thrive in this fast-paced environment.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Create and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.
- Develop and maintain target lists, identify decision-makers, and craft compelling pitches to secure meetings with Sales Managers.
- Analyze sales data to optimize performance and inform future strategies.
- Pitch in wherever else you're needed to ensure team success.
We need someone with:
- A Bachelor's degree or diploma in English, Business, or Marketing.
- Unrelenting drive to succeed and a willingness to learn from failure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with customers and partners.
- Desire to help customers solve their problems and make their lives easier.
- Experience in an outbound sales role is a plus.
