Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst – Intermediate to join our team in London or Toronto.
The successful candidate will work with our clients to create a Proof of Concept (POC) using Microsoft Purview Data Catalog Portal.
The POC will align with the metadata strategy and establish a cataloging and business glossary framework.
The candidate will be responsible for tagging and metadata analysis, as well as communicating technical details to business users.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong understanding of data governance principles;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Effective time management skills;
- Ability to handle ambiguous information;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Metadata analysis and tagging expertise;
- Experience with Microsoft products, including Excel and Purview;
- Knowledge of SQL coding via Databricks;
- Utilization of Collibra or other data governance toolsets;
- Strong communication skills to convey technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
