Job Summary

This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while overseeing the slot machines in a designated area of the casino. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all team members and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide professional and courteous service to customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Slot Machine Operations: Monitor and maintain the slot machines, ensuring they are functioning properly and making any necessary adjustments or repairs.
  • Jackpot and Short Pay Processing: Verify and process jackpots, short pays, and cancelled credits in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Cash Handling: Comply with policies and procedures for all notable and significant cash and cash equivalent transactions.
  • Environmental Maintenance: Maintain a clean, tidy, and pleasant environment for customers, including performing hopper fills and ensuring the area is free from clutter and debris.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety regulations, and other statutory requirements.
  • Adaptability: Be adaptable and flexible with work schedule, including working non-traditional hours and being available to work a variety of shifts.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma; post-secondary education an asset.
  • Licensing: Ability to successfully obtain a gaming license.
  • Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service skills, with the ability to respond to customer needs and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Mathematical Skills: Strong mathematical skills, with the ability to accurately process transactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
  • Language Skills: Second language an asset.
