**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing expert advice on our products and services.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide personalized support to customers through inbound phone calls, ensuring they have a positive experience with our brand.
  • Utilize your knowledge of our products and services to offer valuable advice and solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Identify customer banking requirements and provide customized solutions by leveraging accessible resources and navigating multiple systems.

**Requirements and Qualifications**

  • A high school diploma (or equivalent) and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Fully bilingual in French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in both languages.
