Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Global Customer Experience Professional to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through multiple channels, including email, phone, and live chat.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide timely and effective assistance to customers, answering questions and resolving issues related to our products.
- Communicate with customers in both English and French, utilizing strong verbal and written skills to ensure a positive experience.
- Maintain open communication with the Customer Experience team, ensuring that all key issues are addressed promptly.
- Liaise with courier and warehouse partners to resolve customer concerns and ensure smooth delivery of orders.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors, driving business growth and efficiency.
- A minimum of 1 year of customer service or retail sales experience, preferably in a bilingual environment.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple calls and emails while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in browser-based and mobile-based applications.
- A positive attitude, enthusiasm for solving problems, and eagerness to take on new challenges.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
