About This Opportunity

Teladoc Health is a leader in virtual care, and we're seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Global Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Global Technical Support Specialist, you will provide technical assistance to employees across the globe, troubleshooting and resolving issues with computer hardware and software.

Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot PC and Mac hardware
  • Provide technical support and problem-solving for end-users
  • Track hardware and software additions and changes
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation
  • Collaborate with the IT team to resolve complex technical issues
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience
  • 1-6 years of experience in a Help Desk, Call Center, or NOC environment
  • Understanding of IT ticketing systems
  • Excellent customer service, organizational, and prioritization skills
  • Microsoft certifications a plus
