Teladoc Health is a leader in virtual care, and we're seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Global Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Global Technical Support Specialist, you will provide technical assistance to employees across the globe, troubleshooting and resolving issues with computer hardware and software.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot PC and Mac hardware
- Provide technical support and problem-solving for end-users
- Track hardware and software additions and changes
- Develop and maintain technical documentation
- Collaborate with the IT team to resolve complex technical issues
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience
- 1-6 years of experience in a Help Desk, Call Center, or NOC environment
- Understanding of IT ticketing systems
- Excellent customer service, organizational, and prioritization skills
- Microsoft certifications a plus
