Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at CB Canada. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer feedback and satisfaction to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop strategies for enhancing customer experiences

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive or leasing industry
- Proficiency in customer relationship management software (CRM)
- Ability to interpret and analyze data to inform customer experience decisions
