Job Title: IM/IT Support Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IM/IT Support Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will provide technical support to our internal end-user clients, resolving common informatics problems over the phone, by remote access, and in-person onsite.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to internal end-user clients via phone, remote access, and in-person onsite
  • Record, prioritize, and resolve common informatics problems
  • Configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and manage desktops, laptops, and smartphones in an enterprise environment
  • Use remote support tools to connect, analyze, and resolve IT issues
  • Support, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft Office suite (2016 or 365)
  • Support Microsoft Active Directory and TCP/IP networking in an enterprise environment
  • Support Windows 10 desktop operating system
Requirements:
  • Graduation from a two-year program of study from a recognized post-secondary institution with acceptable specialization in computer science, information technology, information management, or another specialty relevant to the position
  • Recent experience in providing technical support to clients on IT services in an IT Service Desk environment for both on-site and remote/off-site locations
  • Experience in using remote support tools to connect, analyze, and resolve IT issues
  • Knowledge of call tracking software and Outlook configuration
  • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
  • Ability to manage and prioritize workload
  • Ability to troubleshoot IT technical issues
