Job Title: IT Support Specialist

Join TechInsights, a leading provider of semiconductor industry insights, as an IT Support Specialist. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our Ottawa-based laboratories.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with software and hardware
  • Provide user support and training
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation on supported systems and software
  • Set up, maintain, and repair Windows/Linux systems
  • Coordinate with corporate IT and Security teams to ensure compliance with policies
Requirements:
  • Degree or certification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience with legacy and modern computers and operating systems
  • 3+ years of experience providing Level 2 and/or Level 3 IT Support
  • Familiarity with JIRA, advanced interfaces, and systems
