Our Expertise

  • Participate in cross-border transactions, collaborating with senior managers, vice-presidents, and partners.
  • Assist with corporate and individual tax planning, including high-net-worth individuals.
  • Research and interpret U.S. tax legislation, ensuring compliance and optimization.
  • Review and prepare U.S. corporate, partnership, trust, and individual tax returns.
  • Participate in regular training sessions and provide junior team members with training and mentorship.

What We're Looking For

  • Approximately 3-6 years of relevant experience in tax advisory or compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
  • Intellectual curiosity and creativity.
  • Flexibility and availability.
  • Good judgment and open-mindedness.
  • Strong team spirit and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Strong sense of client service and professionalism.
  • Bilingualism required for this role.

Nice-to-Have

  • Master's in Tax or equivalent graduate studies.
  • US CPA and/or Canadian CPA designation.
  • EA designation.
